Not only did your dad and I give you the distinguished and noble name of Elizabeth at birth, but we had decided before your first birthday that of all the dozens of variations of the name that might become your nickname, Beth seemed the one that was the "beth." Aunt Liz should get a little nod here too. She had just married into the family, and we thought two of you named Liz might be confusing. Loved the link. Mom
