I so totally relate to that. President Hinckley spoke fondly of growing up in a home with thousands of books containing millions of words. I want that for our family, too.
I love the internet's instant access to info on any subject, but there's just something delicious about picking up a book, flipping through its pages, and suddenly finding yourself immersed in a whole new world.
The spine. The title page. The dog-eared corners. The little pencil notations ("How like a man!" "Lilacs are MY favorites too!")The telltale little spots of grease from reading a sentimental novel while eating Salt and Vinegar Pringles.
